What was your health / wellness lifestyle before using our services? What problem were you trying to solve?

I was a habitual cyclic dieter.  I wanted a new lifestyle that was actually maintainable and put me I a path for success! Previously I would gain lose gain lose and gain again. Nothing I did was actually sustainable, and I needed something that I can do for forever.

If there’s one word you could use to describe your experience with us, what would it be and why?

MOTIVATING 

You where there for every up and down, and kept cheering me on and encouraging! I felt supported and uplifted my whole journey!

What would you tell your friend about FOUNDED IN WELLNESS?

This was the best decision that I made for myself.  I have learned that you have to do this for yourself and you are worth it. This is your health and your life, Cami will help you take charge and show you how through small changes big things can happen!

What have you been able to achieve since using our product/services?

I have lost 56lbs, taken charge of my health and learned how to be mentally tough!  I can do hard things!

Why would you recommend this program to someone who might be on the fence?

Taking ownership of your health is more important than anything else you can do for yourself. You owe it to yourself to be a healthy happy version of you in the future.

What makes our wellness program stand out from others you have used in the past?

More than anything I learned how to mentally make changes. Usually when you go into a program, it’s a complete 180. Cami slowly takes you through good habits and changes and make sure that they stick. Over the few months that I have been doing this I have learned that small changes overtime that are doable are way more effective than large changes that you cannot sustain.

What surprised you most about working thru our program?

That the small changes are more impactful, then the large changes because you can sustain those. You can keep coming back and working on them until they are habits.
